Look what I (ok Viva) found on urban dictionary:

Horse Isle 12 up, 2 down
A previously fun 2D MMORPG, Horse Isle: Secret Land of Horses has become a monotonous dictatorship, ruled by illiterate, communist moderators and absent admins. Mods appear to be chosen on an irregular basis, and are qualified merely by kissing someone's rear. They are not required to speak (chat) with proper grammar and spelling, and dole out mutes and bans with relish, favoring players with their own opinions.
It has been stated more than once that player opinions do not matter; the creators of the game are the only ones legally qualified to have thoughts. One is also not allowed to have/state that they have family on the game, lest a possible age bracket be determined by a player with less to do that a dead squirrel. Emotions such as love have also been outlawed, and 'violation points' are freely given if a player objects to having his/her freedom of speech revoked.
Having said as much, Horse Isle used to be a fun game, up until around mid 2008, when its sequel was released, and the original was entirely neglected. Old-time players revolted, and the state of revolution continues today, without apparent progress.
Player: I really don't like this thing about Horse Isle. Can we do anything to change it?
Mod: no, nubody can
Player: Why not? Surely there must be some small tweak that could benefit the game.
Mod: nah. stop argung wit me
Player: I was merely stating my opinion.
Mod: no opinions allowed. you get a vio point

I have a feeling a baybarian wrote that.
